We are thrilled to officially announce the opening of THE ANNEX @ Suite Life Spa, our brand-new expansion located within our Diamond Causeway sanctuary. For years, you’ve come to us to escape the noise and relax within our spa suites dedicated to beautiful skin and soothed muscles. The Annex is a direct response to that, with a focus on holistic and wellness self-care.
This new adjacent space allows us to expand our collective of independent wellness experts and offer even more of the restorative experiences you crave, without losing the intimate, boutique vibe you know us for.

Office Space for Lease
Holistic Practioners
We are searching for independent holistic/wellness/medical providers, who love community and the ability to work alongside a collective of wellness practioners, massage therapists, and spa professionals.
What We Offer
The 100 sq ft private offices are located within our 3000 sq ft wellness facility equipped with an elevated waiting lounge/coffee bar, check-in and check-out locations, and stocked common areas. All spaces are freshly updated, inviting, and clean!
Short-term Lease
The office spaces are available with a 6-month lease and a small deposit. You'll have a key to the facility and the ability to schedule your clients 24/7. WiFi and utilities are included in rent. Prime retail location with free parking. Rental rate is $750 per month.
Your Business, Your Way
While our Wellness Spa is a hybrid business model (suite rental with business management tools), The Annex is different. The Annex suite rentals are 100% your own business, run it as you see fit.
All offices are leased at this time.
